My experience has been gained initially with an IT Software house using Matrix Management. This enabled me to work in a wide variety of Companies, from Marks and Spencers to Oxfam, MOD to Vodafone.
Most of the roles have been working closely with users to help them define their requirements, turn them into IT specifications, then working with IT teams to develop and implement them.
I have used Workshop, Presentational and Brain Storming techniques.
To me the most fascinating aspects have always been Data, the way it is used, and the People who use it.
